The idea for Heck Yeah was born when our founder was trying to workout from his home-office, juggling between youtube workouts, instagram accounts and recommended daily workout plans, trying to figure out what workouts he should be doing and how on earth to fit this into a busy work schedule!

There is so much contradictory information out there about what we should be doing and how best to workout, it can be overwhelming and confusing. And if you’re not a ‘gym person’, walking into a gym with all that machinery can be really daunting and uncomfortable. The gym can be a competitive environment which makes it really hard to be a newcomer and make the progress that you’re striving for.
