How do I reschedule my session? (Fitness Seeker)

You may “Reschedule” a session with at least 12 hours advance notice. However, if the session is scheduled to start in less than 12 hours, you will not be able to “Reschedule,” but you may “Cancel” and receive a 50% refund. 

How do I reschedule my session?

Sessions that begin in 12 or more hours can be rescheduled by finding the session on your Sessions page and swiping left to select “Reschedule” on the calendar icon. 

Next, you will be able to choose a new time from the coach calendar.

It is necessary to write something in the message box explaining to your coach why you are rescheduling. Finally, tap the blue button at the bottom of your screen, and your task is complete!
