How do I schedule short-term availability?
Coaches are allowed to choose when they would like to be available for each session. Your Availability Calendar page is where you can arrange your schedule.
The default availability for every coach is 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, but this can be adjusted either one day at a time, or for several days at once.

Set recurring weekly availability
First, tap the day you want to edit. You will be able to change the interval, add a new interval, or mark yourself unavailable. Once you have customized your settings for that day, you can set this availability to recur by choosing, for instance, “Apply to all Mondays.” You may also apply recurring settings to multiple days of the week.
Set availability for specific dates
Select the day you would like to add custom availability to. Change the interval and apply the changes to the specific date only.
Blackout specific dates
To blackout dates, select “or apply to multiple…” and select the days you want to show as unavailable. Scheduling can be disabled for specific dates or recurring days.
Control your availability date range
By default, clients can schedule with you up to 90 rolling days in advance, but you can adjust this time frame to suit your needs by adjusting the number of rolling days or limiting sessions to a specific date range. Sessions can also be allowed indefinitely.
