I can’t attend a session a client booked. What should I do?

Coaches should always arrange their availability for times when they know they can work with clients. Regularly unscheduling or canceling because of conflicts is unprofessional and detrimental to retaining clients.

You should unschedule or reschedule a session with a client only in extreme situations when you cannot possibly attend the session.
