If my session has expired, how can I reactivate it?

All Heck Yeah sessions automatically expire 6 months after purchase date. You will not be able to schedule or cancel them until they are reactivated in your Heck Yeah Sessions. 

We are happy to help you reactivate expired sessions. Please contact support@heckyeah.io. 

Important! Please schedule any reactivated sessions promptly! You will have 90 days to schedule reactivated sessions. After 90 days, any unscheduled reactivated sessions will automatically expire, making them ineligible for additional reactivation. We are unable to reactivate expired sessions after one year from their purchase date.
